If the product you have purchased from DJ Pundits has a manufacturing fault, DJ Pundits will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the manufacturer/ distributor of that product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the warranty within 7 days from the delivery date we will replace the item immediately with a new one.
Unopened items may be returned within 7 days from the delivery date for a exchange or credit. Freight and Octroi charges to be paid by the buyer. Items that have been opened may be accepted back at our discretion however a restocking fee will apply.
We only accept returns made within the first 7 days of receipt of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 7 day guarantee period. Please follow the return instructions printed on the back of your invoice. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number, be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
Software and Equipments bundled with Software cannot be returned or exchanged as opening the package means the software is compromised. We can only repair such products when they are defective.
The following items are nonreturnable. They can only be returned if they are defected: computer software, Equipments bundled with Software, sound-cards, internal earphones, earplugs, raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewelry, books, cassettes, CDs, DVDs, and videos. DJ Pundits only accepts returns made within the first 7 days of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, it must be shipped within this 7 day guarantee period.
Payments made by credit cards will be refunded to your credit card. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.

Things to remember...
Most distributors require that any units repaired under warranty must have a proof of purchase, so hold onto your receipt and keep it safe.
DJ Pundits does not accept liability for returned goods damaged in transit, so pack your returned goods carefully. Always keep original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely as damage tends to occur to poorly packaged returns.
