Product Return Policy

If the product you have purchased from DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) has a manufacturing fault, DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) will facilitate the repair or replacement under the warranty provided by the manufacturer/ distributor of that product. If the item is DOA (dead on arrival) or develops a fault that is covered by the manufacturer/ distributor warranty Only.

Freight and Octroi charges to be paid by the buyer.

We accept "NO" returns of shipment. Should you find it necessary to return any merchandise, Subject to manufacturer/ distributor warranty / guarantee period Only. All returned items must include a Return Authorization Number provided by us Only. Be in the original packaging complete with the warranty card and owner's manual, and show no signs of wear or abuse; otherwise the return will either be refused or subject to a minimum fifteen percent (15-25%) restocking fee.

Software and Equipments bundled with Software cannot be returned or exchanged as opening the package means the software is compromised. We can only repair such products when they are defective.

The following items are nonreturnable. They can only be returned if they are defected: computer software, Equipments bundled with Software, sound-cards, internal earphones, earplugs, raw-frame speakers, turntable cartridges. DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) only accepts returns Subject to manufacturer/ distributor warranty Only.

Payments made by credit cards will be refunded to your credit card. Refunds are issued for product value only, excluding shipping and handling.

How do I return a faulty item?

Please email at Returns with the following information about your faulty equipment –

    Order Number
    Serial Number
    Brand
    Model
    Detailed description of fault
    proof of faulty product, video or still photo.

Things to remember...

Most distributors require that any units repaired under warranty must have a proof of purchase, so hold onto your receipt and keep it safe.

DJ Pundits(Djpundits Sales And Events Llp) does not accept liability for Shipped / Goods damaged in transit, Or returning goods, so pack your returned goods carefully. Always keep original boxes for your equipment so you can safely move or send your unit for repair. If you do need to send the unit back without the original packaging, make sure it is packed and padded securely as damage tends to occur to poorly packaged returns to your account.
